I have been absolutely delighted with the outcomes that have been generated by the Colloquium

The Colloquium supported and continues to assist leaders across the organisation to unite behind a common purpose, bring organisational values to life and navigate towards a collective QPRC.

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council  engaged Government Public Sector Learning in 2016 to support the Queanbeyan City Council and Palerang Council amalgamation.

profile

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council is located in the south-east corner of New South Wales neighbouring the eastern boundary the Australian Capital Territory. The council was formed on the 12th May 2016 through a merger of the City of Queanbeyan and Palerang Council.

QPRC’s first Colloquium programs were successfully delivered through two cohorts totalling 57 leaders; Chief Executive Officer, Directors, Managers, and Coordinators of both former organisations. GPS Learning has continued to support QPRC with the further delivery of Colloquium programs, 360 leadership assessments, coaching and executive workshops.
