Leadership Colloquium
Part of a major national initiative to support the continued development of local government leaders across Australia, the Australian Local Government Leadership Colloquium is generating exceptional and sustainable results.
To date, 21 leadership teams across 18 councils have completed the program. In each case the focus of these programs has been to dramatically enhance unification and performance across the organisation and develop greater trust and collaboration within the leadership team.
Leaders from all 18 councils have reported significant and sustainable improvements in their confidence and capacity to lead the organisation as well as marked improvements in communication and team effectiveness.
